Payment & Cancellation Policy
All payments should be made in Foreign Exchange.
20% of cost should be made in advance for land tour either by telex (SWIFT) transfer to our bank account or by credit card.
The payment options are as follows:

Option 02: If by credit card: (please Contact Us) – Please note if you are using a credit card then there will be 4% extra in total bill for bank service charge. We have online payment form here, you must use 3DS (3D secured) card which generate OTP (One Time Password) for card holder authentication.
*3D Secure is an additional layer of card holder authentication on online card transactions. If a card holder is making a payment online and the bank detects that the transaction might be suspicious, the bank card issuer redirects them to a 3DS page for extra verification
Cancellations
Notice of Cancellation must be provided 60 days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to do so is subject to the cancellation charge.- Cancellations notified to us within 60 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged 25% of the total land tour.
- Cancellations notified to us 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the total land tour.
- Cancellations notified to us 15 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged 100% of the total land tour.
- Internal/Inter-country flight cancellation cost depends on time and airlines.
- Luxury hotels cancellation policy as per their rule.
